The "New You" will help set you on the path to changing your life - a plan tried and tested by many of our ongoing clients, past and present.

Personal Training and Group Coaching

Personal coaching over the internet, don't be mad! Believe it or not you can get better results using an online coach. Instead of us training beside you, you'll learn what you're doing and why you're doing it and therefore get better results and better value (rather than trying to learn whilst sweating). Look at our group option suited for those looking for low cost, light touch coaching or head straight for our 1-1 for more advanced goals.

Roy

Roy is our all rounder who knows how to tie it all together. Taking a strong academic background and merging it with his work with performance athletes Roy was one of the founder members of FSF bringing top quality performance ideas to the many. He has single handedly revolutionised how we approach clients for the best.

Laura

Laura works with our gym team and delivers a lot of our face to face work. This allows us to take research, ideas and all of our feedback and put them in front of real people in controlled tests so that we can bring the frontier of fitness innovation to all.

Jo

Jo is about the busiest person you'll see in the gym. Constantly trying new routines and new techniques with clients this is our cutting edge ideas person. Generally hardcore and won't let you away with being second place Jo is a strong innovator in the fitness industry.
